Junior Parts Rep
Summerside, PE
We are the Maritimes' only John Deere Dealership with 15 locations to serve you.
We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Junior Parts Rep at our Summershide, PE location.
Purpose:
Assist in the selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition assist with in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Recording all sales and/or counter transactions that occur.
- Processing all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer.
- Supplying Service Technicians with parts as required
- Preparing and maintaining merchandise displays as well as keeping parts department clean and orderly
- Receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic data entry / keyboarding skills
- Previous parts / retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to use/learn Parts Catalog computer application
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to change focus quickly
- Ability to continuously learn
- Forklift license preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Drivers Abstract
