What will you be doing?

  • Oversee the production and distribution of documents including review of various templates
  • Coordinate with clients, help them understand and optimize the various solutions available
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics

What do you need to have?

  • You must be proficient in using computers and various software like Excel and Word
  • You must be detail oriented with good grammar and writing skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in an Office Admin role
  • You must be willing to work in-office in London, Ontario and have your own transportation
