Our Mutual Insurance company is currently growing into the largest in the country. Here is an incredible position for an Experienced LLQP Licensed Sales Manager! 

We are looking for fully licensed individual who is a self-confident leader, who is extremely confident and has enthusiasm. You owill have a minimum of 2+ years previous leadership experience in the insurace industry with a minimum of 4 agents.  You require experience recruiting and mentoring advisors both new and experienced! Your mandate will be to grow in this career by developing and training an industry leading sales team ith a continuous pipeline of candidates. Previous managerial experience building a  team of insurance advisors preferred. Consideration will be given to senior agents with a full LLQP license and proven experience within the industry, providing you have both Life and DI sales experience.
