We are currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to work from home and manage the needs of our clients in Montreal.

Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; may be required to answer calls up to 8:00 PM

Your Tasks:

  • Head hunt and recruit candidates via Social Media and LinkedIn
  • Respond to candidate applications sourced via our Marketing department
  • Assess candidate soft skills, qualifications, and culture fit based on the opportunity
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
  • Always represent yourself and the company in a professional manner
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required

We Require:

  • Must be fluent in English and French
  • Prior sales and customer service experience
  • Prior recruiting / headhunting experience
  • Must be disciplined and focused with the ability to work from home; prior experience working from home is a strong asset
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills

Our Offer:

  • Commission plus base TBD
