HVAC Customer Service Representative

HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are a manufacturer located in Woodbridge. We are currently looking for HVAC Customer Service Representative who is a self starter and able to work independently. The successful candidate must have experience working as customer service representative in HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders (inputting of all orders, invoicing, filling and updating order sheet)
- Ktrack of orders
- Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service
- Prepare project drawings using adobe acrobat
- Learn about the products to be able to answer any questions from customers
- Order follow up
- Closing invoicing months
- Assisting sales staff with all sales related tasks
- Office administrative support
- Understand safety requirements and comply
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a customer service representative in HVAC industry is a must.
- College degree
- We offer on-the-job training
- Basic engineering knowledge is an asset
- Outgoing, energetic and able to multitask
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively
- Able to multi task and pay attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of business vision an asset
PAY- 40,000-45,000
