Our client in Montreal is currently looking for Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representatives to be part of a fun, growing organization!

Languages: English and French speaking

In this position, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Manage customer complaints 
  • Provide world class customer service
  • Communicate with customers via email, text, online chat and phone call

Ideally, we are looking for applicants:

  • Must have customer service experience 
  • Strong English and French communication skills both orally and written
  • Must be available to complete a 38.5-hour work week
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong typing and grammar skills
  • Proficient with computers
