Sales Represetative - B2B over the Phone - Remote

We are seeking a personable yet gently aggressive hard closing sales rep with a little bit of attitude.

We sell recruitment and hiring solutions to businesses of all sizes across Canada. You are working from your home  calling the person in charge of  recruitment and job postings. You ask a few questions to understand their hiring needs, then you proceed to provide them our solutions. 

Your goal is to get  them to purchase a new client program or have them sign to have us do a search for their ideal  candidate.

They are hiring, you must make them understand we can solve their hiring issue. You must push gently to have them  commence with one of our programs.

This is a  performance based position. We pay the highest commissions in the industry. If you need to make more money, are not interested in  scraping by on a salary, but want to  earn what you are worth and want nothing standing in the way, this position is for you.  Commissions are uncapped and big!

 

Role:

  • Look at job boards daily, and contact companies that are hiring - that's over 500,000 companies daily hiring in Canada
  • Connect with the person in charge of hiring
  • Ask questions, listen,  provide solutions and close sales
  • As our clients are always hiring, insure a long term relationship
  • Book appointments/meetings for sales
  • Grow transactional clients into ongoing monthly reoccurring revenue clients
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MUST speak CLEAR  FLUENT ENGLISH
  • CRM experience is a big asset
  • Good fast computer skills
  • Fast on your feet to overcome objections
  • The desire to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service approach
  • Adaptable problem-solver and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to negotiate, prepare pricing and close deals
  • Manage all your clients, follow up with them, keep them satisfied so they  are always re-buying

 

Work From Home

This is a work from home position. You must provide or have the following:

  • High Speed Internet
  • Late model computer with 2  monitors or a laptop plus 1 monitor
  • headset or speakers for online meetings
  • Smart Phone
  • Quite work space

 

What's in it for you:

  • Highest industry commissions. Most sales are $500-$1,700 in commission.

We pay the highest commissions. You can expect to earn $80,000 to $250,000 annually dependent on your skills and work ethic, however you will need to build your  sales funnel and client base. This is NOT a get rich quick scheme. You may not have any income for a few  weeks.  You should be in a position to support yourself for a couple of months as you build your sales funnel and client base. The minimum goal is 3 new clients weekly on our new client trial plan and you earn $500 each or 1,500 weekly.

This position is not for everyone. We are only looking for the self driven motivated optimistic sales person who wants to sell a great product and earn a great living.
