Open Role: Azure Technical Support Representative

 

As our Technical support Representative, you will be the front line point of contact in assisting our customers with their inquiries and questions. You will be willing to find solutions and support for our customers account setup, trouble shooting problems, and assisting with resolving any technical issues raised by the customer. You goal is to ensure that the client has a satisfactory experience and are always happy with services provided. In this role, you interaction with our clients will include remote assistance, email and phone.

 

Your daily task

  • Keeps up to date with consistent technology changes to have knowledge to assist clients
  • Take pride in assisting customers with their needs to the highest level
  • Take part in new projects development and product testing
  • Communicate with the Microsoft community via support documents and social networks
  • Working well with team members to improve customer experience
  • Takes initiatives to find new trends or notice continuous problems
  • Report any technical issues such as product bugs or on going cases
  • Take part in installation, configuration and support of Microsoft Azure
  • Complete all technical issue with clients in a timely manner

 

Requirements for this role

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • 1 year or more experience using Azure, Active Directory or other cloud based system
  • PREFERRED - Certified in Azure by Microsoft asset – AZ 300, 303, 100 – any of these
  • Fluent in English
  • Server and network administrative experience (Windows or Linux)
  • Excellent knowledge of how to troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Good language skills
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Azure software
  • Good knowledge of desktop administration
  • Remote desktop knowledge
  • Reliable
  • Quick thinker
  • Experience using server and network administration
  • Excellent problem solving skills and proven success methods
  • POP/IMAPSMTP experience asset
  • ITIL methodologies and best practices asset
  • Knowledge of DNS
  • Experience using SQL
