The Sales Coordinator position will work from our Toronto Showroom, located in downtown Toronto. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a world class company that produces quality office solutions and furniture.

Our ideal candidate has experience with customer service, working with salespeople, and has a strong appreciation for quality and visual appeal.

This position will have responsibility for showroom/office and customer experience functions as required within the district.

The Sales Coordinator will provide exceptional pre-sales and/or post-sales support to their sales team members, their customers, dealers, and other business partners and the Vice President of Sales.

The position primarily involves providing pre-sales support, administrative support, customer service responsibilities and post-sales coordination.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  •  Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience required
  •  Advanced Microsoft Office experience
  • Computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, charting, graphing and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  •  Strong organizational skills
  • Problem solving and decision making ability
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  •  Ability to multi-task
  •  Ability to perform with a sense of urgency
  •  Able to maintain complete confidentiality
  •  Ability to readily adapt to changes related to assignments and responsibilities
  • Maintain an approachable demeanor regardless of situation
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
  •  Design or furniture industry experience is preferred
  • Technology skills
